Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of jail supplies. If you need to return or exchange an item, call 706.884.5527 and speak to our Customer Service Representatives Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), to report a problem, a damaged shipment, or to request a return authorization. For damaged or missing products, you MUST notify our office within 24 hours of delivery.
